M. Chapoutier QUATUOR Côte-Rotie BIO 2016 - 75cl

72.55€

Wine Advocate-Parker : 93/100 It's fascinating to see how the 2016 Cote Rotie Quatuor has evolved since last year, with dark, savory elements largely supplanted in prominence by notes of raspberry and cedar. A blend of four estate parcels, it's medium to full-bodied, with a supple, creamy texture and silky tannins on the tart finish.

M. Chapoutier Ermitage De L´Orée 2017 - 75cl

276.85€

"100% Marsanne. Biodynamic. Harvested 28 August. Apricot and peach – far fruitier and more luscious than the Chante Alouette, and more immediately charming because of that. Lovely saline finish with a flinty bitterness perking up the palate. Long, rich, layered, generous. Mealy, cereal character on the finish." Jancis Robinson - 17,5 / 20

M. Chapoutier La Combe Pilate White 2016 - 75cl

15.25€

La Combe Pilate is 100% Viognier from a hillside vineyard on Michel Chapoutier’s property where Michel pushes the boundaries on the biodynamic concept with his experimental range called “The Alchemy Wines”. The symbol on La Combe Pilate’s label is the alchemic symbol for spirit and is inked to Chapoutier’s biodynamic philosophy – to respect and transform the raw material into a high quality product while showcasing the spirit of the land. The Collines Rhodaniennes IGP is characterized by the hills and valleys that surround the Rhone River. With the Massif Central lying to the west and the embryonic foothills of the Alps to the east, the Rhone River carves its way through south-eastern France to the Mediterranean Sea. M. Chapoutier Dos Lusíadas PINTEIVERA 2013 - 75cl

16.10€

A clear colour, deep black with sustained crimson highlights. The nose is powerful, showing dark fruit at first, along with some “garrigue” and spicy notes. Aromas of fruit (cherries, prunes) macerated in “eau de vie” can also be detected. The whole is underpinned by mineral notes (graphite) that bring a great deal of freshness. Palate: big and full on the mouth: Big and full on the palate supported by impressive velvety structure. There’s flesh, weight and depth, all rounded off by an incredibly long finish. The dark fruit comes through again, giving a crisp sensation underpinned by nice mineral tautness that endows this wine with freshness and remarkable balance. Mature from. Another great achievement from Michel Chapoutier in Portugal.
