This bio red wine delights us with pleasant freshness and has supple tannins. Its ample texture ends in a fairly persistent finish.
With an intense garnet color, a nose filled with very floral aromas (violet) that are changing on the licorice and spices, this St. Joseph Michel Chapoutier presents a supple attack with a dominant red fruit on the palate. The final is long and marked by spices.
The Collection BIO Châteauneuf du Pape 2015 from Michel Chapoutier, so called because all fruits are grown organically, is a bottle of Châteauneuf du Pape not to be missed.
Produced with about 70-80% Grenache and 20-30% Syrah, all grown on the property's grounds, this wine offers very present notes of white pepper, accompanied by ripe cherries and ground spices.

A clear colour, deep black with sustained crimson highlights. The nose is powerful, showing dark fruit at first, along with some “garrigue” and spicy notes. Aromas of fruit (cherries, prunes) macerated in “eau de vie” can also be detected. The whole is underpinned by mineral notes (graphite) that bring a great deal of freshness. Palate: big and full on the mouth: Big and full on the palate supported by impressive velvety structure. There’s flesh, weight and depth, all rounded off by an incredibly long finish. The dark fruit comes through again, giving a crisp sensation underpinned by nice mineral tautness that endows this wine with freshness and remarkable balance. Mature from.
