The Hermitage Rouge Monier of the Sizerrane is an assemblage of Bessards, Meal and Greffieux.
"Leading off the Hermitage releases, the 2014 Hermitage Monier de la Sizeranne sports a deep ruby/purple color to go with impressive notes of blackcurrants, cassis, charcoal and olive characteristics. Medium to full-bodied, it has excellent richness and depth, sweet tannin and a charming, forward style."

The must-have from Maison M. CHAPOUTIER, these easy and gourmet tasting wines offer a wide range of taste expressions.
The journey thru the several appellations in the Rhône Valley, enriched with a collection of organic wines such as this Côtes-du-Rhône BIO Collection, a wine with a purplish red color of good intensity and offering us a fairly powerful nose with raspberry scents, smoke and spices to which are added scents of violet and licorice.
This bio red wine delights us with pleasant freshness and has supple tannins. Its ample texture ends in a fairly persistent finish.
With an intense garnet color, a nose filled with very floral aromas (violet) that are changing on the licorice and spices, this St. Joseph Michel Chapoutier presents a supple attack with a dominant red fruit on the palate. The final is long and marked by spices.
The Collection BIO Châteauneuf du Pape 2015 from Michel Chapoutier, so called because all fruits are grown organically, is a bottle of Châteauneuf du Pape not to be missed.
Produced with about 70-80% Grenache and 20-30% Syrah, all grown on the property's grounds, this wine offers very present notes of white pepper, accompanied by ripe cherries and ground spices.
It is full-bodied, with a creamy palate in the middle and a long, full-bodied finish.
To Drink in the next 5 to 8 years.

"These 2015s are spectacular across the board and I certainly had a big smile on my face for the duration of the tasting. What I’m sure will be a great introduction for readers interested in St Joseph, the 2015 St Joseph Deschants offers lots of black cherry and jammy blackberry fruit, as well as peppery herbs, medium to full-bodied richness and a ripe, sexy style."

"Biodynamic. Cask sample. Aged for 18 months in barrique and demi-muids, approximately 25% new. Black cherry and spice on the nose with very furry, brusque tannins. The structure will take a long time to soften. "

It's fascinating to see how the 2016 Cote Rotie Quatuor has evolved since last year, with dark, savory elements largely supplanted in prominence by notes of raspberry and cedar. A blend of four estate parcels, it's medium to full-bodied, with a supple, creamy texture and silky tannins on the tart finish.
A perfect wine, the 2009 Ermitage Le Pavillon (1,093 cases) boasts a black/purple color as well as an extraordinary bouquet of acacia flowers, blackberries, blueberries, roasted meats, creme de cassis, truffles, graphite, powdered rock and new saddle leather.
Extremely dense, noble and pure, this monumental Ermitage is built for 50-100 years of cellaring.

the 2015 Saint Joseph Les Granilites comes all from the southern part of the appellation, from parcels around Mauve, Tournon and Saint-Jean-de-Muzols. Aged in equal parts concrete and barrel, it offers clean, classic Syrah notes of black fruits (blackberries, currants) and peppery herbs, medium to full-bodied richness, a silky texture, no hard edges, and a great finish. Drink it through 2027

A small wonder of the Douro region that will enchant you with its freshness and its fruity flavor.
A 100% Touriga Nacional, the star grape of Portugal with a flexible nature and a beautiful structure.
Balanced and fresh. Long finish with floral presence that will follow to the end.
A clear colour, deep black with sustained crimson highlights. The nose is powerful, showing dark fruit at first, along with some “garrigue” and spicy notes. Aromas of fruit (cherries, prunes) macerated in “eau de vie” can also be detected. The whole is underpinned by mineral notes (graphite) that bring a great deal of freshness. Palate: big and full on the mouth: Big and full on the palate supported by impressive velvety structure. There’s flesh, weight and depth, all rounded off by an incredibly long finish. The dark fruit comes through again, giving a crisp sensation underpinned by nice mineral tautness that endows this wine with freshness and remarkable balance. Mature from. Another great achievement from Michel Chapoutier in Portugal.
