Vinification in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. The wine was kept and controlled in stainless steel tanks until bottling, in order to maintain a well structured body and complexity.
Viosinho, Gouveio, Códega do Larinho
Straw color very light. Passionate aroma with citrus notes, predominating the grapefruit and the clementine. In the mouth is very silky and greedy.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consumption temperature: 12 to 14ºC.
It accompanies very well dishes of grilled fish and seafood as well as dishes of white meat and pasta sautéed with vegetables.
