Cru de topo da Gaja, o Sorì Tildìn Barbaresco 2020 é um Nebbiolo lendário do Piemonte, de uma parcela histórica. De cor rubi granada, revela um bouquet magistral de cereja, rosa, alcatrão, especiarias, couro e notas balsâmicas.
Na boca é aristocrático e potente, com taninos finos e firmes, grande profundidade e um final interminável.
Reserve-o para carnes nobres, caça e trufa. Sirva a 16-18°C, decantado. Contém sulfitos.
