Bellora La Pelizzara Spumante Brut
Description
Fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh and fragrant with aromatic notes that are enhanced by its special effervescence.
Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfectly suited to accompany pasta dishes, meat, fish and vegetables of all kinds.
Vinification
Manual harvesting, gentle crushing of the destemmed grapes, skin maceration for 15/18 hours at 10°C.
Fermentation
In stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15°.
Re-fermentation in an autoclave using the Charmat method at a controlled temperature with 3 months on the lees.
