1. Shipping
Quick Wines ships to Mainland Portugal, Islands (Azores and Madeira), Europe and Rest of the World. All orders are carefully packed to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition.

3. Carriers
Orders are shipped through the following carriers, depending on destination and type of order: CTT, DHL, TNT, FedEx and BOU Express.
After dispatch, the customer will receive the tracking number of the order by email.
4. Receipt of the Order
Upon receipt, the customer must:
1.Check the exterior condition of the packaging before signing the delivery note.
2.Confirm that the products received correspond to the order placed.
3.In case of damage or discrepancies, report within 48 hours to info@quickwines.com, accompanied by photographs.
5. Customs Charges (shipments outside the European Union)
Key points on customs charges:
•Application of VAT and Duties: All products shipped outside the European Union are subject to VAT and possible customs charges, regardless of their value in the recipient's destination country.
•What the customer pays: VAT (on the value of the goods + shipping), customs duties, and customs clearance service fees.
•Refusal of payment: If the recipient refuses to pay the charges, the order may be destroyed or returned to the sender, in which case the return shipping costs will also be charged to the Customer/Buyer.
•Responsibility: The importer (the buyer) is the party causing the entry of the goods into the country, being legally responsible for declaring the goods and paying the taxes required by the Tax Authority of the destination country.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 10 of Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, the consumer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without the need to indicate any reason and without any penalty.
This right applies to all items, including those purchased on promotion.
Conditions for return:
•The product must be unopened, in its original condition, with the label and capsule/seal intact
•The product must be in its original packaging
•Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
Products excluded from return:
•Products which have been opened or whose seal/capsule has been removed or damaged
•Products which are not in their original condition for reasons attributable to the customer
7. Return Process
1.Contact us by email (info@quickwines.com) or WhatsApp (+351 93 763 1958) indicating the order number and the reason for return. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided in Annex B of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, although its use is not mandatory.
2.You will receive instructions on how to send the product(s) within a maximum of 14 days from the communication.
3.The direct costs of return are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of defective product or error in the order.
4.The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the product(s), through the same payment method used in the purchase, and Quick Wines may delay this refund until receipt of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.
8. Defective Products
The goods sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Portuguese Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of 18 October, for a period of 3 years from delivery.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@quickwines.com. In these situations, Quick Wines will bear the return costs and will proceed with the replacement of the product or a full refund.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Under Portuguese Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, in case of a consumer dispute, the consumer customer may resort to the Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity:
