1. Shipments
Quick Wines ships to mainland Portugal, the islands (Azores and Madeira), Europe, and the rest of the world. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.

3. Transportation companies
Orders are shipped via the following carriers, depending on the destination and type of order: CTT, DHL, TNT, FedEx and BOU Express.
After the shipment, the customer will receive the order tracking number via email.
4. Receiving the Order
Upon receipt, the customer must:
1. Check the external condition of the packaging before signing the delivery note.
2. Confirm that the products received match the order placed.
3. In case of damage or discrepancies, report it within 48 hours to info@quickwines.com, accompanied by photographs.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014), consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of the date of receipt, without having to give a reason.
Conditions for return:
•The product must be unopened, in its original condition, with the label and capsule/seal intact.
•The product must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation).
Products excluded from return:
• Products that have been opened or whose seal/capsule has been removed or damaged.
• Products that are not in their original condition due to reasons attributable to the customer.
6. Return Process
1. Contact us by email (info@quickwines.com) or WhatsApp (+351 93 763 1958) informing us of the order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with sending the product(s).
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.
4. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the product(s), using the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@quickwines.com. In such situations, Quick Wines will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the product or provide a full refund.
