2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the quickwines.com website, as well as the purchase of products through the online store. By accessing and using this website, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

The use of this website and the purchase of alcoholic beverages are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older. By making a purchase, the customer confirms that they are of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages.

3. Products and Prices

All products available in the online store are subject to stock availability. Prices shown include VAT at the current legal rate and are expressed in Euros (€).

Quick Wines reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the prices applicable to an order will always be those in effect at the time of order confirmation.

In the event of an obvious typographical error in the price of a product, Quick Wines reserves the right to cancel the order and proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Application Process

To place an order, the customer must create a user account on the website and follow the indicated purchase process. The order will only be considered confirmed after full payment has been received.

After order confirmation, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the order, including the products purchased, the total amount, and the estimated delivery time.

5. Payment Methods

Quick Wines does not store credit or debit card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination:

Deliveries are made by the carriers CTT, DHL, TNT, FedEx and BOU Express, depending on the destination region.
The timeframes indicated are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.

Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and the products. If there is any damage during transport, the customer must report the situation within 48 hours, sending photos of the damage to info@quickwines.com.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Free Resolution)

Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer has the right to freely terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to state any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must:

1. Communicate your intention in writing to info@quickwines.com, stating the order number.
2. Return the product(s) in their original condition, unopened, with the label and capsule intact.
3. Send the product(s) to the address indicated by Quick Wines, with the return shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned product(s), using the same payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that, for reasons of health or hygiene protection, have been opened or whose seal/capsule has been removed or damaged after delivery.

8. Guarantees and Claims

All products sold by Quick Wines are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity stipulated in Portuguese law. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer must contact us within 30 days of detecting the defect, presenting proof of purchase.

9. Responsibility

Quick Wines makes every effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of the information provided on the website. However, it is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or outdated information in the presented content.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any disputes, the courts of the district of Cascais shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided for by law.

Consumers can use the European online dispute resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
