Entry into the mouth warm and very liqueur.
Licorice flavors, medicinal herbs appear, which are wrapped in sweet notes and a bitter tip of melted sugar.
We wanted to recreate a "Classic of Tarragona", making this vermouth with a sweet wine from solera that has aged in 7,000 liter oak barrels for 5 years. We add aromatic herbs and let it age for 18 months in barrels containing Xerés wines.
