Description
Borgonha branca de precisão, este Santenay Premier Cru 'La Comme' de Arnaud Baillot nasce de Chardonnay em solos calcário-argilosos da Côte de Beaune.
No nariz oferece verbena, funcho, pera fatiada, ameixa amarela e um toque mineral de pedra esmagada. Na boca é equilibrado e tenso, com lima e tangerina no ataque, frescura crocante e um final salino e persistente. Ideal com peixe grelhado, marisco, aves e queijos de pasta mole. Sirva fresco, a 10-12°C. Contém sulfitos.
