Ícone da Brancaia, o Il Blu 2019 é um Super Toscano lendário, lote de Sangiovese, Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon. De cor rubi impenetrável, revela um bouquet sumptuoso de frutos pretos maduros, especiarias, chocolate e violeta.
Na boca é opulento e aveludado, com taninos densos e sedosos e um final interminável.
Ideal com carnes vermelhas nobres e caça. Sirva a 16-18°C, decantado. Contém sulfitos.
