Grande branco de Pessac-Léognan, o Château Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc 2003 é dominado por Sauvignon Blanc, já com notável evolução. De cor dourada, revela um bouquet complexo de fruta madura, frutos secos, mel, flores e notas tostadas e minerais.
Na boca é amplo e cremoso, com boa acidez e um final longuíssimo.
Ideal com peixe nobre, marisco e alta cozinha. Sirva fresco, a 11-13°C. Contém sulfitos.
