Grande Barolo da Gaja, o Sperss 2019 provém de Serralunga d'Alba, elaborado a partir de Nebbiolo. De cor rubi granada, revela um bouquet magistral de cereja, rosa, alcatrão, especiarias, couro e notas balsâmicas.
Na boca é poderoso e aristocrático, com taninos firmes e finos, grande profundidade e um final interminável.
Reserve-o para carnes nobres, caça e trufa. Sirva a 16-18°C, decantado. Contém sulfitos.
