Description
Branco icónico da Tenuta dell'Ornellaia, em Bolgheri, elaborado a partir de Sauvignon Blanc do prestigiado vinhedo Bellaria. De cor amarelo-pálido com reflexos esverdeados, revela um nariz complexo de fruta exótica, casca de toranja, flor de pêssego e subtis notas de avelã tostada.
Na boca é generoso e denso, com textura cremosa, grande equilíbrio e um final sápido e mineral.
Harmoniza com peixes nobres, marisco, aves e risotos. Sirva fresco, a 10-12°C. Contém sulfitos.
