Description
For a Sunday lunch built around a good meat dish, this Overture is an elegant, silky red. It is Opus One's second wine, made with the same rigour as the estate's grand vin.

- Grapes: Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
- On the nose: vanilla, cedar, cocoa, wild berries, redcurrant and cherry

- Non-vintage, 75 cl bottle; contains sulphites
How to serve The ideal temperature is around 16–18 °C, ideally decanted; it really comes into its own with beef chops, aged cheeses and grilled red meat.
