A D´AUSSIERES White Chardonnay 2024 vol. 13% - 75cl

The color is very beautiful bright yellow with pale green reflections, the nose offers light notes of pink grapefruit and almond blossoms.

In the mouth, this Chardonnay reveals the complexity of Languedoc. Aging on the lees gives it "fat" and volume in the mouth, which the freshness and finesse accompany until the long finish.

Developed with particular care, "Blanc" by Aussières is a round Chardonnay that combines vivacity and fruit.

The property is situated in the rugged hills, set back from the Mediterranean coast in Narbonne, in the south of France.

Terroir
The soils of the vineyard are very shallow and rocky on the slopes, while in the plain they are sandy and deep.
Yields are deliberately controlled in order to preserve the vineyards and ensure the production of high quality grapes.
This Chardonnay comes from the coldest parts of Aussières and from selected neighboring terroirs, in order to obtain a wine that is remarkable for its freshness.
