Maison GH Martel wanted to highlight the Victoire cuvées by creating three limited editions, a tribute to the original 18th-century bottle.
The bottle is painted in its respective color and has a tin label.
TASTING NOTES
Intense golden yellow.
The fragrances are rich, imbued with a highly seductive inner complexity. Dried flowers and many types of yellow stone fruits are adorned with toasted and grilled nuts, buttery pastries, lemon cakes, and fresh milk.
The mouthfeel is precise, with a semi-thick texture; the tinged fruity pulp is very present against a background of lemon and caramelized banana. The hidden freshness is impressive in its impression and internal brightness, resulting in an exemplary length.
Veal tartare with hazelnuts, walnut oil, preserved lemon, puff pastry with porcini mushrooms and fleur de sel.
