Description
Ícone do Chile e joia da Casa Lapostolle, o Clos Apalta 2018 é uma assemblage liderada pela Carménère, complementada por Cabernet Sauvignon e Merlot, oriunda do vale de Apalta em Colchagua. De cor rubi profundo, revela um nariz aromático de flores secas, tabaco doce, fruta vermelha, cravo e pimenta verde. Na boca é opulento e envolvente, com taninos aveludados, notas minerais e um final longo e poderoso. Acompanha carnes vermelhas grelhadas, caça, pratos condimentados e queijos curados. Sirva a 16-18°C, decantado. Contém sulfitos.
