Mouton Cadet x Pierre - FRESH COLLECTION - Red Wine 2023

This light, flavorful, organic, and vegan red wine is made from Merlot, the king of Bordeaux grapes.
It is perfect for any occasion, as an appetizer or to accompany simple dishes.
COLOR : ruby with garnet reflections.
NOSE : An initial nose of sage and wild strawberry. When airing, we find a basket of red fruits (currants, strawberries and raspberries) accompanied by a touch of rosemary.

MOUTH : The attack is fresh and delicate, with a good presence of blackcurrant. The palate then opens up to a beautiful, finely chiseled structure of strawberry and raspberry aromas. The finish is refreshing and very aromatic (red fruits and a touch of menthol).

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
This wine should be drunk almost chilled, between 8ºc and 10ºc to take full advantage of its potential. It was designed for this, after aging for 4 months at low temperature.
